Shelby Township, Michigan — Premier Media Group (PMG) is redefining how live sports and entertainment broadcasts are produced. With the launch of our state-of-the-art Remote Production Studios in Shelby Township, Michigan, PMG has positioned itself at the forefront of innovation in live streaming, delivering professional, broadcast-quality productions from virtually anywhere in the country.
At the core of this transformation is our REMI (Remote Integration Model) production system — a scalable, efficient, and high-performance approach that allows our teams to manage multiple live broadcasts simultaneously. Each REMI station operates as an independent production unit, powered by the latest graphics and video processing technology, capable of handling full-scale live events with precision and quality.
Cutting-Edge Technology Behind Every Broadcast
PMG’s REMI network is supported by LiveU Solo Pros, LiveU 800 units, and Magewell encoders, delivering reliable video feeds to our centralized Transmission Center. From there, our engineering team routes and monitors every signal, ensuring seamless delivery to assigned REMI stations for final production and distribution.

Our production workflow is built on VMix, one of the most advanced live production platforms available, enabling multi-camera switching, instant replay, live graphics, and social integration. For broadcast visuals, PMG currently utilizes Singular Live and Uno, with plans underway to upgrade to XPression Graphics — the same system used by top national networks for professional-grade on-screen design.
To ensure uninterrupted reliability, PMG operates on high-speed fiber internet from multiple providers, creating continuity and redundancy for all live events.
The Studio Experience
Beyond remote production, PMG’s Shelby Township studio offers a professional environment for live talk shows, interviews, analysis programs, and digital features. This space serves as a creative hub for both in-studio and remote programming, powered by the same REMI infrastructure that drives our live event coverage.

On-Air Talent & Logistics
PMG works hand-in-hand with leagues and organizations to select the most qualified on-air talent from our vast network of commentators, analysts, and reporters. Our team provides a complete logistics solution, including access to 10–15 hotel rooms per weekend for talent and crew, as well as transportation services from Detroit Metropolitan Airport (DTW) to our studios and hotel accommodations.
The Future of Remote Production
At Premier Media Group, we believe the future of broadcasting lies in flexibility, connectivity, and creativity. Our REMI production model empowers schools, leagues, and brands to produce high-quality live events without the limitations of traditional broadcast setups — reducing costs while elevating the viewer experience.
Whether it’s a national championship, a local rivalry, or a studio interview, PMG’s Remote Production Studios deliver professional storytelling that connects fans, athletes, and communities through the power of live media.
