These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the websites, applications, digital platforms, live and recorded broadcasts, subscription services, video content, articles, social media content, production services, and other products or services offered, operated, distributed, or made available by Premier Media Group (“Premier Media Group,” “PMG,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

Premier Media Group operates media brands and services that include, where applicable:

National Soccer Network (“NSN”)
Sportz Nation TV
Premier Media Group websites and digital properties
Live and recorded sports broadcasts
Subscription and pay-per-view viewing services
Sports news, articles, scores, statistics, and other editorial content
Player Highlight Videos
Video production and media services
Podcasts, interviews, and original programming
Social media and digital content
Other current or future Premier Media Group media brands, platforms, and services

Collectively, these are referred to in these Terms as the “Services.”

By accessing, viewing, purchasing, subscribing to, registering for, or otherwise using any of the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any Premier Media Group Service, including National Soccer Network or Sportz Nation TV, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not access or use the Services.

If you use the Services on behalf of an organization, school, team, league, business, or other entity, you represent that you have authority to accept these Terms on behalf of that entity.

2. Premier Media Group Brands

National Soccer Network and Sportz Nation TV are media brands, platforms, or services operated by or affiliated with Premier Media Group.

Unless separate terms are expressly provided for a particular Service, subscription, event, production, promotion, or offering, these Terms apply to your use of Premier Media Group Services regardless of which PMG brand or platform you access.

References in these Terms to a particular PMG brand apply only when relevant to the Service being used.

3. Changes to These Terms

Premier Media Group reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms from time to time.

Updated Terms become effective when posted on the applicable Premier Media Group, National Soccer Network, Sportz Nation TV, or related website or digital platform unless another effective date is stated.

Your continued use of the Services after revised Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of those changes.

Users are encouraged to periodically review these Terms.

4. Lawful and Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

You may not use the Services in a manner that:

Violates applicable laws or regulations
Infringes upon the rights of another person or organization
Interferes with the operation, performance, or security of the Services
Attempts to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, broadcasts, content, or technology
Restricts or prevents another person from using the Services
Copies, redistributes, rebroadcasts, retransmits, or commercially exploits content without authorization
Uses automated systems, bots, scraping tools, data-mining systems, or similar technologies without written permission
Circumvents a subscription requirement, paywall, access control, geographic restriction, security measure, or other technological protection
Uses PMG content or systems for fraudulent, deceptive, unlawful, or unauthorized commercial activity

Premier Media Group may take reasonable action to protect its platforms, content, users, partners, and intellectual property.

5. Subscriptions and Paid Access

Certain Premier Media Group Services may require payment.

National Soccer Network, Sportz Nation TV, or other PMG Services may offer:

Monthly or annual subscription plans
Individual event access
Pay-per-view access
Tournament or season passes
Promotional access
Complimentary access
Bundled services
Other paid or free viewing options

Availability, pricing, features, duration, geographic availability, included content, and other terms may vary by Service.

Access to certain live broadcasts, recorded games, videos, programs, or premium content may require an active subscription or applicable purchase.

Users are responsible for selecting the subscription or access option that best meets their needs.

6. Pricing

Pricing for Premier Media Group subscriptions, broadcasts, event access, production services, digital products, and other paid Services is subject to change.

PMG may modify:

Subscription prices
Event prices
Service packages
Included features
Promotional offers
Bundles
Discounts
Access levels
Other paid offerings

The price displayed at checkout or otherwise agreed to at the time of purchase will govern that transaction unless otherwise stated.

For National Soccer Network subscriptions, users should review the current Subscription Plans section of NationalSoccerNetwork.tv for current pricing and available plans.

Promotional pricing, introductory pricing, discounts, coupon codes, and limited-time offers may be subject to separate conditions and may expire or change.

7. Automatic Renewal

Certain subscriptions may automatically renew unless canceled before the applicable renewal date.

When automatic renewal applies, the applicable renewal terms will be disclosed during registration, checkout, or the subscription process.

Renewal pricing may differ from the amount previously paid when subscription pricing has changed.

Users are responsible for reviewing their subscription status and canceling an automatically renewing subscription before the applicable renewal date if they do not wish to renew.

8. Billing and Payment

By purchasing a subscription, broadcast, production service, digital product, or other paid Service, you authorize Premier Media Group and/or its applicable payment processor to charge the payment method you provide for the amount disclosed at checkout or otherwise agreed upon.

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current billing and payment information.

Payments may be processed through third-party payment processors. Those companies may maintain separate terms of service and privacy policies governing payment processing.

Premier Media Group is not responsible for delays, outages, errors, declined transactions, or other issues caused solely by third-party payment processors or financial institutions.

9. Refunds

Unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase or required by applicable law, purchases of subscriptions, digital content, live broadcasts, recorded broadcasts, event access, or similar digital Services may be non-refundable after access has been provided.

Premier Media Group may consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis.

Circumstances that may be reviewed include:

Significant technical failures
Event cancellation
Event postponement
Incorrect charges
Duplicate transactions
Service delivery issues
Other circumstances PMG considers appropriate

A technical problem, production interruption, schedule change, or event change does not automatically entitle a user to a refund.

Any discretionary refund approval or denial will be determined by Premier Media Group, subject to applicable law and any specific terms presented with the purchase.

10. Event and Broadcast Availability

Premier Media Group, National Soccer Network, and Sportz Nation TV make reasonable efforts to provide scheduled broadcasts and programming as advertised.

Sports events, productions, and broadcasts may be changed, delayed, interrupted, postponed, canceled, restricted, or unavailable because of circumstances including:

Weather
Schedule changes
Venue restrictions
Team decisions
League or governing-body decisions
Tournament changes
Rights or licensing restrictions
Internet or connectivity problems
Power outages
Equipment failures
Production limitations
Staffing limitations
Third-party technology failures
Facility restrictions
Emergencies
Circumstances beyond our reasonable control

Premier Media Group does not guarantee that every scheduled event will occur or that every scheduled event will be available for live or recorded viewing.

PMG may substitute, reschedule, relocate, modify, or cancel programming when reasonably necessary.

11. Broadcast and Streaming Quality

Premier Media Group strives to provide a high-quality viewing experience.

However, streaming and broadcast quality can depend on circumstances outside our control, including:

A user's internet connection
Device capabilities
Browser compatibility
Network conditions
Venue internet service
Cellular service
Production equipment
Third-party streaming providers
Content delivery networks
Power or infrastructure
Source-feed quality

PMG does not guarantee uninterrupted, delay-free, buffering-free, or error-free streaming.

Live broadcasts may experience technical interruptions, delays, audio issues, video issues, synchronization problems, graphics issues, connectivity problems, or other production-related limitations.

12. Accounts and Account Security

Certain Services may require you to create an account.

You are responsible for:

Providing accurate account information
Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
Protecting your password
Restricting unauthorized access to your account
Maintaining a secure email account associated with your membership
Activity occurring through your account

You should promptly notify Premier Media Group if you believe your account has been compromised or accessed without authorization.

Accounts, subscriptions, and paid access may not be sold, transferred, resold, or commercially shared unless expressly authorized.

PMG reserves the right to establish reasonable limits on simultaneous viewing, devices, locations, or account usage.

13. Unauthorized Sharing, Recording, and Redistribution

Premier Media Group broadcasts, videos, programs, and other digital content may constitute protected intellectual property.

Unless expressly authorized in writing, users may not:

Record broadcasts for redistribution
Restream a broadcast
Rebroadcast PMG content
Simulcast PMG content through another service
Publicly display paid content for unauthorized commercial purposes
Upload broadcasts or substantial portions of broadcasts to another website or platform
Share subscription access for unauthorized commercial use
Sell or resell access
Copy substantial portions of broadcasts
Remove or obscure logos, graphics, watermarks, sponsorship elements, or copyright notices
Create unauthorized commercial derivative works
Capture or reproduce content for competing broadcast or media services
Circumvent technical restrictions designed to prevent copying or redistribution

Premier Media Group may suspend or terminate access when unauthorized redistribution, account sharing, copyright infringement, or misuse is detected.

PMG may also pursue other remedies available under applicable law.

14. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise indicated, Premier Media Group owns, licenses, or has permission to use content provided through its Services.

This may include:

Live broadcasts
Recorded broadcasts
Video
Audio
Commentary
Graphics
Photographs
Articles
Written content
Scores and data presentations
Logos
Designs
Branding
Website materials
Social media content
Player Highlight Videos
Promotional materials
Podcasts
Interviews
Original programs
Production elements
Broadcast layouts
Show formats
Digital assets

Nothing in these Terms grants a user ownership of Premier Media Group, National Soccer Network, or Sportz Nation TV intellectual property.

Content may only be used as permitted by these Terms or with written authorization from the applicable rights holder.

15. Copyright

Content distributed by Premier Media Group may be protected by United States and international copyright laws.

Users are responsible for obtaining any necessary permission before reproducing, publishing, distributing, rebroadcasting, displaying, licensing, or commercially using protected content.

Certain content may be owned or controlled by:

Schools
Teams
Leagues
Conferences
Athletic associations
Photographers
Videographers
Broadcasters
Sponsors
Production partners
Freelancers
Content licensors
Other third parties

Such content may be subject to additional rights or restrictions.

16. Trademarks and Branding

Premier Media Group, National Soccer Network, NSN, Sportz Nation TV, and associated names, logos, graphics, slogans, show names, designs, and branding may constitute trademarks or other protected intellectual property.

You may not use PMG branding in a manner that falsely suggests:

Sponsorship
Partnership
Affiliation
Endorsement
Certification
Approval

Written authorization may be required for commercial use of Premier Media Group branding.

17. Schools, Teams, Leagues, and Event Partners

Premier Media Group may produce or distribute content involving schools, clubs, teams, leagues, tournaments, conferences, athletic organizations, venues, and other event partners.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, the appearance of an organization or event within PMG content does not necessarily mean that Premier Media Group owns, manages, controls, or represents that organization.

Event partners may maintain their own rules, policies, ticketing requirements, media restrictions, privacy practices, intellectual-property rights, and terms.

18. External Websites and Third-Party Services

PMG Services may contain or interact with third-party websites, applications, streaming providers, social media platforms, payment processors, advertisers, sponsors, schools, teams, leagues, analytics providers, or other external resources.

Premier Media Group does not control all third-party services and is not responsible for their:

Content
Availability
Security
Privacy practices
Terms
Products
Services
Accuracy
Business practices
Technical performance

The inclusion of a third-party link, advertisement, integration, or reference does not necessarily constitute endorsement.

Users should review applicable third-party terms and privacy policies before using those services.

19. User Communications and Submissions

If you voluntarily provide Premier Media Group, National Soccer Network, or Sportz Nation TV with comments, messages, photographs, videos, graphics, testimonials, suggestions, feedback, information, or other materials, you represent that you have the rights and authority necessary to provide those materials.

You may not knowingly submit content that infringes another person's copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other legal rights.

Publicly posted comments and communications should not be considered confidential.

Feedback, ideas, recommendations, and suggestions concerning PMG Services may be used to evaluate or improve our Services without compensation unless otherwise agreed in writing.

This section does not override rights provided under Premier Media Group's Privacy Policy or applicable law.

20. Sports Information, Journalism, and Editorial Content

Premier Media Group, including National Soccer Network and Sportz Nation TV where applicable, may provide:

News
Scores
Statistics
Standings
Rankings
Rosters
Schedules
Interviews
Commentary
Opinions
Analysis
Photographs
Video
Audio
Recruiting-related sports information
Player information
Other sports-related content

Although reasonable efforts may be made to provide accurate information, PMG does not guarantee that every score, statistic, player name, roster, schedule, ranking, record, date, or other item will always be complete, current, or error-free.

Content may be corrected, revised, or updated when appropriate.

Commentary, analysis, predictions, rankings, and opinions may reflect the views of the individual contributor and should not necessarily be interpreted as official statements of a team, league, school, event organizer, or Premier Media Group.

21. Player Highlight Videos and Production Services

Premier Media Group may offer Player Highlight Videos, editing, production, broadcasting, consultation, or other media services.

Specific production projects may be governed by a separate proposal, agreement, invoice, statement of work, order form, or written terms.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate instructions and obtaining any rights, releases, permissions, footage licenses, music rights, athlete permissions, or other authorizations that they are contractually responsible for providing.

Production timelines, deliverables, revisions, payment schedules, ownership rights, and cancellation terms may be separately agreed upon for individual projects.

Where project-specific written terms conflict with these general Terms, the project-specific terms will control for that project.

22. Advertising and Sponsorships

Premier Media Group Services may include sponsorships, advertisements, branded content, promotional messages, or commercial integrations.

Sponsors and advertisers are responsible for the products, services, claims, promotions, and offers they provide.

The appearance of advertising does not constitute a guarantee or warranty by Premier Media Group regarding an advertiser's products or services.

Additional terms may apply to contests, giveaways, promotional offers, discount codes, and sponsor promotions.

23. Disclaimer of Warranties

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS.

Premier Media Group does not guarantee that:

The Services will always be available
Broadcasts will always be uninterrupted
Streams will always be delay-free
Websites or applications will always be error-free
Every technical issue will be corrected immediately
All information will always be complete, accurate, or current
Every device, browser, operating system, or network will be compatible
Every scheduled event will be available
The Services will be free from bugs, viruses, interruptions, or harmful components

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Premier Media Group disclaims warranties that are not expressly stated in these Terms.

24. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, PREMIER MEDIA GROUP AND ITS BRANDS, INCLUDING NATIONAL SOCCER NETWORK AND SPORTZ NATION TV, AND THEIR RESPECTIVE OWNERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, CONTRIBUTORS, AFFILIATES, PARTNERS, LICENSORS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICES.

This includes, without limitation, claims relating to:

Interrupted broadcasts
Streaming problems
Lost access
Event cancellations
Event postponements
Schedule changes
Third-party services
Device incompatibility
Internet connectivity
Production interruptions
Loss of data
Unauthorized account access
Website or application errors
Reliance on information provided through the Services
Lost business opportunities
Lost profits
Loss of goodwill

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

25. Suspension or Termination

Premier Media Group reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate access to some or all Services when reasonably necessary.

Reasons may include when a user:

Violates these Terms
Engages in fraudulent activity
Shares or redistributes content without authorization
Attempts to bypass subscription controls
Misuses the Services
Threatens the security or operation of PMG systems
Fails to make required payments
Uses an account in an unauthorized manner
Infringes intellectual-property rights
Harasses, threatens, or abuses PMG personnel, contractors, partners, or other users
Engages in conduct that may expose PMG or its partners to legal or security risks

Termination or suspension does not automatically create a right to a refund.

Certain Services may include additional terms governing:

Promotions
Contests
Giveaways
Production projects
Broadcast partnerships
Sponsorships
Events
Tournaments
Special programs
Limited-time offerings

If additional written terms conflict with these general Terms, the more specific terms applicable to that particular Service or transaction will control to the extent of the conflict.

27. Privacy

Use of Premier Media Group Services is also subject to the applicable Premier Media Group Privacy Policy and any brand-specific privacy notices that may apply.

Users should review the Privacy Policy to understand how personal information may be collected, used, disclosed, stored, and protected.

28. Children's and Youth Sports Content

Premier Media Group may cover high school, youth, amateur, collegiate, and other sporting events involving athletes who may be under the age of 18.

PMG may rely on schools, teams, leagues, event organizers, parents, guardians, venue operators, or other authorized parties to obtain permissions or releases when those parties are responsible for doing so.

Users may not misuse photographs, video, identifying information, or other content involving minors obtained through PMG Services.

Nothing in this section is intended to reduce any protections provided to minors under applicable law.

29. Force Majeure

Premier Media Group will not be responsible for a delay, interruption, failure, cancellation, or inability to provide Services caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

These circumstances may include:

Severe weather
Natural disasters
Fire
Flood
Power outages
Internet or telecommunications failures
Equipment failures
Labor disputes
Government action
Public emergencies
Venue closures
Team or league actions
Transportation disruptions
Acts of war or terrorism
Civil disturbances
Epidemics or public-health emergencies
Third-party platform outages
Other events beyond PMG's reasonable control

30. Governing Law

These Terms will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable to Premier Media Group, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Services will be handled by an appropriate court or other forum having jurisdiction, subject to applicable law.

31. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

Any invalid or unenforceable provision will be interpreted or modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable where permitted by law.

32. No Waiver

Premier Media Group's failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other right.

A waiver is effective only when expressly provided by Premier Media Group.

33. Assignment

Users may not assign or transfer their rights or obligations under these Terms without Premier Media Group's prior written consent.

Premier Media Group may assign or transfer its rights and obligations in connection with a merger, acquisition, restructuring, sale of assets, change in ownership, or other lawful business transaction.

34. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with any applicable:

Subscription terms
Purchase terms
Production agreements
Statements of work
Order forms
Event terms
Promotional terms
Privacy Policy
Other policies expressly incorporated by reference

constitute the applicable agreement between you and Premier Media Group regarding your use of the Services.
